Art therapy

Aziul Art provides individual art therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults at EverWhen Therapy.Art therapy is an expressive therapeutic modality that uses the language of creativity to guide individuals toward self-discovery, self-acceptance, and personal growth. The art therapist first meets with the client(s) to determine their goals for working together. Then, she engages her client(s) in the creative process. She will provide support, encouragement, and a safe space for the creative process. After the artmaking, she encourages my clients to share their experiences and artwork while I guide them in self-discovery.
